Rocío Belmonte

Founding attorney · English and Spanish

I write the plan, I come to the signing, and when the day comes, I'm the one your children call.

My grandfather died without a will. It took my family four years and a lawsuit between cousins to settle one small house in Lompoc, and my grandmother spent those years not knowing if she could stay in it. I went to law school so that wouldn't happen at anyone else's kitchen table.

I opened this office on Garden Street to do one kind of work well: plans that families understand, signed wherever the person signing happens to be. I still go to every hospital signing myself. I work in Spanish and English, often in the same meeting.
