Our lawyers

Three lawyers behind one red door

A small firm on purpose: you'll know each of us by name, and we'll know your family's by heart.

  • Rocío Belmonte in a grey blazer, reading a red folder in an armchair by a sunny window

    Rocío Belmonte

Founding attorney · English and Spanish

Trusts, long-term care and every hospital signing. Started the firm on Garden Street.

  • Roland Vickery in a blue suit, holding an open book by a bookshelf

    Roland Vickery

    Associate attorney · English

Probate and trust administration. A former bank trust officer who reads a ledger for fun.

  • Yolanda Arriaga in a mustard suit, sitting on a purple armchair

    Yolanda Arriaga

Associate attorney · Spanish and English

Medicaid, long-term care and powers of attorney. Came from a senior legal aid program.

Which of us speaks Spanish

Rocío and Yolanda work in Spanish every day, from the first call to the signing. Roland works in English; when a family he's helping is more at home in Spanish, one of them joins his meetings.

Our legal assistant, Marta, answers the phone in both languages. Tell her which one you'd like, and that's the one we'll use.

Meet whichever of us fits

Tell us what's going on and in which language, and we'll put you with the right lawyer.
